    A Year of Positives



    An Annual Report is a view of a Company at a specific point in time. However, thousands of events, people and transactions over a longer time horizon have cumulatively added to the success achieved by Oneida Financial Corp. during 2012. The cover of this Annual Report combines hundreds of individual “+” signs to represent our logo as a reflection of the many events, large and small, that add up to the overall success of Oneida Financial Corp.

    Whether it was completing our eighth insurance agency acquisition that today has resulted in one of the most successful bank-owned insurance operations in the country; partnering with a local business to develop a financing package that made it possible for the business to expand their facility and employment; launching a mobile banking solution that allows our community bank to operate from anywhere a cell or internet connection exists; or helping that first-time home buyer become part of a Central New York community. These diverse events all have one thing in common; they begin with a singular focus and result in an integrated approach to financial services.

    Together these individual events add up to create a diverse company, which is Oneida Financial Corp.
