    No matter what type of phone you have, text banking allows for instant access to your Oneida Savings Bank account information. Text messaging is just one of three ways Oneida Savings Bank offers you Mobile Banking.

    How You Get Started
    You'll need:
    1. An Oneida Savings deposit account
    2. A mobile phone that can send and receive text messages (message and data rates may apply)

    How to choose Oneida Savings Bank Text Banking option

    Step 1: In order to start text banking, Oneida Savings Bank customers must first register for Mobile Banking. Once you've enrolled in our mobile banking service, you can set up text banking.

    Step 2: After you've registered for mobile banking, go to www.oneidabank.mobi/enroll and sign into your mobile banking account.

    Step 3: Click on "Text Banking: Activate Now" and follow the activation instructions.

    Step 4: You'll receive a text from Oneida Savings Mobile Banking. Reply with the activation code provided on the website.

    Step 5: You'll receive a message that reads "Text Banking activation successful!" You're now ready to start text banking. You may choose to reply with "C" to receive a full list of text commands.
    NOTE: You’ll receive a second message [Message 2 of 2] that prompts you to now enroll in our third mobile banking option called Mobile Web. This is for smart phones only, and allows Oneida Savings Bank customers to utilize mobile banking from a web browser instead of through a mobile app. You can disregard this message or click thru and enter in your credentials to being mobile banking through your smartphone's web browser.
