    Telephone Banking



    In town or out of town, this 24 hour a day, 7 days a week telephone banking service is available to all Oneida Savings customers.   For security reasons, you must enroll in Telephone Banking using an existing account and the Social Security Number (SSN) of the primary account holder on the account.

      • Main Office - Press 1
      • Convenience Office - Press 2
      • Cazenovia Office - Press 3
      • Hamilton Office - Press 4
      • Camden Office - Press 5
      • Canastota Office - Press 6
      • (To Continue) - Press 7

      • Chittenango Office - Press 1
      • Griffiss Park Office - Press 2
      • Vernon Office - Press 3
      • Westmoreland Office - Press 4
      • Turin Road Office - Press 5


    Account Information and Funds Transfer - Press 2

        Log In:

      • If you have logged in before with your SSN - Press 1
        • Enter your Login ID #
        • Enter your PIN #

      • If you have never used the voice system - Press 2
      • (Enroll using one of your accounts)
        • Select the account type
        • Enter the account number, which will become your new Login ID
        • Enter the complete SSN of the primary account owner
        • Change your PIN when prompted to something other than the last four of your SSN. This becomes your permanent PIN
        • Hang up from the system and then dial back in to access account information or transfer funds

      • To Transfer Funds - Press 2

      • To Request Stop Payment - Press 3

      • To Change Your PIN - Press 5

      • To Change Your Login ID - Press 6
