Due to the high number of fraudulent transactions on debit cards affected by the recent Target Stores data breach, Oneida Savings bank has closed affected cards to protect your available funds. We understand this may be an inconvenience, but we are quickly reissuing cards to affected customers. Our goal is the protection of your assets, as well as immediate resolution to this issue.
Your new card will be mailed to you within 1-5 business days. Please check your mail regularly in anticipation of receiving your new card. The card will have a new number, new expiration date and new three-digit security code. Please destroy your old card, activate the new card, and visit any Office to PIN your new card.
